A Resolution to Create a Group of 8000 experts
 in the Maharishi Vedic Science and Technologies
for the Arab World

Arab Countries to use the Surplus of their Gains From Oil
to Establish a Permanent Peace for the Arab World

The TM Movement in Lebanon organized a regional World Peace Assembly in Lebanon, the WPA started on the Full Moon day of April 2006, and it ends on the 17th of the same month. Invitation have been spread to a large number of Meditators and Sidhas from all the Arab countries. Thirty eight participants attended the course and enjoyed the wonderful knowledge of Maharishi Vedic Science, on both aspects practical and theoretical. they also enjoyed the beautiful spring weather of Lebanon, and the warm coherence and harmony in the gathering.

The participants from different nationalities took a deep resolution to always support the creation of a permanent group of 8000 expert in the Arab world. Dr. Salim Haddad the Chairman of Maharishi Health Education Center said: "The Arab Oil Countries, who are now enjoying the unexpected gains earned due to the dramatically increase in the Oil prices, have to utilize a portion of their surplus funds to create the permanent group of 8000 experts in Maharishi Vedic Science and Technology. the Leaders of the Arab world have to be alert for the unstable situation in the Middle East region. This unstable situation could never be stabilized unless the root of instability is rooted out. This group of experts will create an integrated, invincible national consciousness and enliven the support of the invincible power of Natural Law for the whole family of nations. A large group of 8000 experts in the Arab world directly accessing the Unified Field of Natural Law, the field of pure consciousness, will create a giant wave of coherence, which will spread through the region and whole world. The result will be a problem-free, conflict-free national life and a perpetually peaceful family of nations.
 

Immediately after the course the TM movement in Lebanon start organizing a TM-Sidhi course for meditators from all the Arab countries. The invitation is opened to all meditators to become experts in the Maharishi TM-Sidhi program including the Yogic Flying technique.

One of the major benefits of the TM-Sidhi Program is creating an influence of coherence and harmony in the collective consciousness. This influence of harmony is produced when a group of Experts in Maharishi Vedic Science and Technology equal to a square root of 1% of the total population are practicing their daily TM-Sidhi program all together in the same time and place. Scientific research has repeatedly demonstrated that such groups of experts strengthen positive trends within society as a whole, thereby enhancing both individual and governmental achievement.

World Peace Assembly is a course specially designed for those experts in Maharishi Vedic Science and Technology, it is an in-residence course ranging from a few days to several weeks, to produce a taste of bliss and harmony for those who are participating in it, and for the whole society.

The goal of The TM Movement in Lebanon is to establish a permanent group of 8000 such experts in Maharishi Vedic Science and Technology in the Arab World. A group of this size is capable of creating a nourishing influence of positively in the entire Arab world consciousness-a permanent basis for peace and unrestricted progress.

World Capital of Peace in
the Brahmasthan of America
Will Make the Nation Invincible

“Under the Reign of Dr. John Hagelin,
the President of the US Peace Government,
America Will Become a Guiding Light of
Peace and Invincibility for Every Nation”

The newly inaugurated World Capital of Peace in the geographical center—or Brahmasthan—of the United States, located in Smith Center, Kansas, will become a lighthouse of coherence and harmony for the whole nation. And through the enlightened leadership of Dr. John Hagelin, world-renowned quantum physicist and President of the US Peace Government, America will quickly rise to be a guiding light of invincibility and peace for every country in the world.

This was the grand declaration delivered to the world press by His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi during his global news conference on March 29, which was broadcast live via satellite and Internet webcast from the Capital of the Global Country of World Peace in Meru, Holland.

On March 28, Maharishi delivered the inaugural address for the establishment of the World Capital of Peace in Smith Center, which was broadcast live via satellite and Internet webcast on all continents. Global Ministers and Rajas of the US domains of the Global Country of World Peace also spoke during the four-hour global celebration, outlining the complete knowledge and programs to be offered at the World Capital of Peace that will raise America to invincibility. The inauguration was attended by government and civic leaders, as well as members of the press, The 480-acre site in Smith Center is located approximately 90 miles south of Interstate 80 and 130 miles north of Interstate 70 near the junction of US Hwy 281 and US Hwy 36.

World Capital of Peace to also serve as the Capital of the US Peace Government

Maharishi said that the World Capital of Peace will also be the Capital of the US Peace Government. Maharishi praised Dr. Hagelin, who also serves as Minister of Science and Technology of the Global Country of World Peace, as the supreme scientist of the Unified Field—the Constitution of the Universe—which administers the universe with perfect order. Maharishi said that under Dr. Hagelin’s leadership, the World Capital of Peace will quietly transform the policies of the US government to become positive and life-supporting for every individual—and to promote the freedom and invincibility of every nation.

Three functions of the World Capital of Peace to make America invincible

Dr. Hagelin outlined the three functions of the Capital of World Peace, which will make the nation invincible. Dr. Hagelin said the World Capital of Peace will serve as

1. A coherence-creating center for a group of several hundred Yogic Flyers, who will enliven the Constitution of the Universe and promote integrated national consciousness—the basis of prevention-oriented, problem-free administration
2. A teaching center to train a new generation of leaders in Maharishi’s Supreme Political Science to prevent problems and promote life in harmony with Natural Law in all areas of society
3. A broadcast center to radiate the world-transforming knowledge and programs of the US Peace Government via satellite and Internet webcast to the whole population

Construction on the World Capital of Peace is scheduled to begin soon.

The US Peace Government will support the existing government

Dr. Hagelin explained that the US Peace Government is a complementary government that supports—and does not conflict with—the existing government because it quietly administers national consciousness from the transcendental level of the Unified Field. “Collective consciousness governs the government,” Dr. Hagelin said. “In fact, the government is powerless—it can only follow the dictates of the collective consciousness of the people. By raising the collective consciousness of the country, the US Peace Government will raise the existing government to be on par with Nature’s Government—the eternal laws of Nature that administer the infinite diversity of the universe with perfect order. Then the people will spontaneously think and act in accord with Natural Law. Behavior will be life supporting and health promoting. There will no conflict, no war, and no terrorism in the nation or anywhere in the world. The people will be satisfied—and they will naturally support their government.”

The World Capital of Peace will produce a powerful influence
of positivity from the Brahmasthan of the nation

Dr. Hagelin also explained the significance of establishing the World Capital of Peace in the Brahmasthan of the U.S. “According to the ancient Vedic science of architecture in harmony with Natural Law, the center point of a building, a city, or an entire nation is a powerful, strategic point characterized by dynamic silence. The Capital of World Peace will take natural advantage of this strategic point to produce the maximum influence of peace and positivity, which will radiate out—like the rays of the sun—across the entire country,” Dr. Hagelin said.

“In the reign of Dr. John Hagelin, the problems of America
will disappear, as darkness disappears with the onset of light”

Maharishi concluded by saying that after 50 years of talking about his global peace program he is now focused on producing the effect. “When you are lighting a lamp, it is not necessary to talk much about it—you simply light the lamp and the darkness disappears,” Maharishi said. “In the same way, during the reign of Dr. Hagelin, without talking much about peace, real peace will quietly emerge on all levels of national life. Problems will disappear, as darkness disappears with the onset of light—and the whole nation will rise to permanent peace and invincibility. America will become a guiding light for every nation to rise to invincibility and for the whole family of nations to enjoy lasting peace.”

On 3 May 2006 Puget Sound Business Journal reported: Residents of Seattle, Washington, USA, recently had the opportunity to attend a presentation on the benefits of the Transcendental Meditation Technique in the field of business; the presentation was geared towards owners of small businesses. It is a joy for Global Good News service to feature this news, which indicates the success of the life-supporting program Maharishi has designed to bring fulfillment to the field of business.

The presentation was given by Alarik Arenander, director of the Brain Research Institute of Maharishi University of Management in Fairfield, Iowa. Mr. Arenander arrived in Seattle after giving a similar presentation in Portland, Oregon.

Mr. Arenander explained that part of the reason the Transcendental Meditation Program (TM) is so helpful in a business setting is that it improves the functioning of the brain and also contributes to improved health.

The article reported: 'Arenander said that practicing TM stimulates the 'prefrontal cortex' part of your brain, which controls 'executive functions'.' A high-stress lifestyle, he said, damages the prefrontal cortex of the brain, damage that can be undone by the practice of TM. TM advocates say that the practice of TM will also improve one's health, especially heart health.

Mr. Arenander went on to say that the practice of the TM Technique helps to 'eliminate the stress of the day and bring the intelligence of the brain more online'.

Mr. Arenander is quoted as saying: 'If you practice (TM), you'll unfreeze [your brain's] frozen assets.'

The article also reported that 'In Seattle, in addition to the business-related events, there was also a TM seminar aimed at golfers at the Trilogy Golf Course in Redmond.'

Celebration of Akshaya Tritiya:
Day of Lasting Achievements in the Vedic Calendar

Today, on Akshaya Tritiya, the Day of Lasting Achievements in the Vedic Calendar, His Holiness Maharishi addressed the world family and said:

'We are very, very fortunate today, to have this day of the Vedic Calendar, declared to be the Day of Stability. Today is the day for us to make resolution, because today's resolution is to offer stability of that resolution. Today is Akshaya Tritiya, the day in the Vedic Calendar where the whole consciousness of the Land of the Veda, India, the land of Total Knowledge, the land of the Constitution of the Universe makes resolve.

'Today is the day for us to resolve that the great wisdom of life which is in the Indian continent is one pointedly dedicated to the door of Badrinath, to the door of the Constitution of the Universe, to the door of the Administrator of the Universe. Where? In the deep Himalayas, in the state of perfect silence, the abode of extreme dynamism of eternal silence of Shiva in the form and characteristic quality of Lord Vishnu, the Ruler of the Universe, the upholder of the Constitution of the Universe. All the eyes and hearts completely focused on Badrinath, today is the day of opening the door of Badrinath, deep in the Himalayas.

The Administration of the Lord of the Universe

'Our Akshaya Tritiya resolution of today is a resolution which has been year after year the same, and now today we find ourselves to be really in the warmth of that direction, focused on the day when the door of fulfillment, the door of the Constitution of the Universe, the door of the administration of the Lord of the Universe, is available to us.

'As always, our life has been through the door of that supreme wisdom of life, Guru Dev, embodiment of the supreme wisdom of life. Same thing we are actualizing today, having been purified by the showers of the Vedic Rashtriya Geet, the national cosmic song of the administration of the universe, the Vedic Anthem. Having purified ourselves and in the mood of opening our eyes to the extreme value of the abode of Lord Vishnu in Badrinath, where the door is open today for us to make any resolution and the time will honor the resolution, we are blessed for years in our life, to have been through this tunnel of wisdom, extreme value of Total Knowledge in perfect silence, and reviving it time after time, according to the Vedic Calendar.

'We are very fortunate today in the midst of our journey to perfection. We are almost at the goal, and our resolution today is to have Capitals of the Global Constitution of Maharaja Raam, in order that Ram Raj Dukh Kahun Avyapa—in the Kingdom of Ram, in the reign of Ram, suffering belonged to no one. And that is our resolution.
 

Life in the Waves of Bliss

'We are almost creating in the world administrative capitals of perfect order in which waves of bliss prevail and nothing other than the continuous waves of bliss and waves of bliss. Life in the waves of bliss, that is the administrative centre which we are committed to establish, and we are on the way to establishing it.

'Let us have that blessed day again today. We offer our services to Guru Dev, Puja to Guru Dev in every way, and thereby make a resolution. There is nothing new in this resolution. We have welcomed Sat-Yuga, for the last one, two months, we have been establishing administrative Capitals of Raam Raj in our world family. So today again we are motivated by this force of the Constitution of the Universe, that this is one day for fulfillment of our resolution.

'Our first resolution is our total surrender, our total being on the ground of Being of the Tradition of Vedic Masters, with all our Ministers, Rajas in the world, and with all those who have been in their private homes morning and evening basking in the sunshine of perfect knowledge, with all those all together, we now perform our symbolic dedication to the holy feet of Guru Dev.

Puja to Guru Dev

'We'll do the Puja, and then professionally bound, our Finance Minister will make a resolution from his official capacity as Minister of Finance and Planning, our Prime Minister, he is doing the same thing in America, our Ministers here, there, everywhere are doing the same thing. And we are doing the same thing here.

'After Puja to Guru Dev, we offer our dedication and our services to Guru Dev, official declaration of our resolution that the Finance Minister will proclaim, and there have been wishes coming on from all over the world about today. The Prime Minister will read an example of these and make everyone in our Movement, everyone in our world, a part and parcel of that resolution which will enable him to bask in the sunshine of perfection of knowledge and administration to promote and to enjoy the waves of bliss in every aspect of administration, in every aspect of our lives, inside and outside. So it is a great joy for us to do the Puja to Guru Dev.'

The Solemn and Pious Resolution

Following Puja to Guru Dev, His Excellency Dr Benjamin Feldman, Minister of Finance and Planning of Maharishi's Global Country of World Peace, then read the solemn and pious resolution to fulfill all the aspirations for the wise throughout the ages, for the light of Total Knowledge, the Light of God, to be awakened in the life of everyone on earth, and for every nation in our dear world family; for the establishment of higher education for higher consciousness; for a disease-free healthy society; for invincible sovereign nations; for Natural Law upholding national law; for unlimited prosperity through infinite creativity; for every nation to have a permanent force for evolution; for Peace Palaces in every country to guide individuals everywhere to lead life in health, happiness, and fulfillment; for large permanent groups of Vedic Pandits in India to speedily raise the level of Sattwa (coherence) in the world; for the performance of Rudra Abishek Yagya daily for each nation; and for Total Knowledge-based disciplines available everywhere.
